1. Revisions

• Each project includes three (3) revision rounds — first draft, second draft, and final draft.
• Any additional revision beyond the third draft will incur a $30 USD fee per revision.
• Please respond to revision emails promptly and clearly to avoid project delays.
• Extended delays in response may cause the completion date to shift.

2. Payment

• Initial payments are non-refundable and required before work begins.
• Full payment must be made before the final (watermark-free) files are released.
• Work will not begin until payment is confirmed.

3. Watermarks

• The first draft (and sometimes second) will include a watermark for protection.
• The final approved version will be delivered without watermarks once full payment is completed.

4. Turnaround and Deadlines

• Delivery times vary depending on project type and scope.
• Delays caused by late feedback, unclear instructions, or missing details are not the responsibility of the service provider.

5. Scope and Project Changes

• Any major change in design direction, concept, or content after the first draft will be treated as a new project and billed separately.
• Please ensure that all project information, details, and references are provided before production begins.

6. Communication

• All project communication should be done through email (or another agreed method).
• Please keep all approvals and feedback in writing for record-keeping and clarity.

7. Copyright and Usage

• All design concepts remain the property of the creator until final payment is received.
• After full payment, the client gains usage rights for the approved final design only.
• Rejected drafts, unused concepts, and working files remain the property of the creator.
• The creator may display completed projects in a portfolio or promotional materials, unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Project Termination

• The creator reserves the right to terminate a project at any time if the client becomes unresponsive, disrespectful, or fails to comply with these terms.
• In such cases, no refund will be issued, and all rights to unfinished work remain with the creator.
• Clients may cancel a project at any stage; however, no refunds will be provided for work already started or completed.

9. File Delivery

• Final deliverables will be provided in standard digital formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, or PDF).
• Editable source files (such as PSD or AI) are not included unless otherwise agreed upon and may be available for an additional fee.
